Agro briquettes & bio-coal — fuel that closes the loop.

Made from groundnut shells, sawdust and rice husks, our agro briquettes are a clean, renewable alternative to coal — turning India's agricultural residue into industrial-grade fuel without burning fields.

Our practices

Seven services. One accountable team.

Consulting, EPR compliance, engineering, the lab, sustainability and safety — all under one roof.

Why bio-coal

A real alternative to imported coal — built from what India already grows.

Indian agriculture generates over 500 million tonnes of crop residue every year. Most of it is burnt in fields, polluting air across the Indo-Gangetic plain. We collect, dry, compress and densify it into industrial-grade briquettes — a renewable, low-ash, low-sulphur fuel for boilers, kilns and furnaces.

Our briquettes deliver 4,000–4,500 kcal/kg, replace up to 60% of coal/lignite consumption, and cut Scope 1 emissions for industrial buyers — without retrofits.

Why our buyers switch

Four reasons industrial buyers move to bio-coal.

Lower fuel cost, cleaner emissions, ESG credit and supply continuity — all without retrofitting your existing boiler.

Up to 30% lower fuel cost

Per kcal delivered, agro briquettes consistently beat imported coal & lignite — especially when freight volatility kicks in.

Carbon-neutral combustion

CO₂ released equals what the crop absorbed. Counts as renewable under SEBI BRSR Core and global ESG frameworks.

Low ash & sulphur

Ash <5%, sulphur <0.1% — cleaner stack emissions, less APCM load, easier compliance with state pollution norms.

Drop-in fuel

Works in existing solid-fuel boilers, hot air generators and rotary kilns. No capex retrofit. Phase in at 30%, scale to 100%.

Product range

Four formats, one clean fuel chain.

Pick the format that matches your boiler grate, hopper feed or briquetting equipment. Custom sizing available for bulk industrial buyers.

Industrial — boilers, kilns

Agro Briquettes 90 mm

Standard 90 mm cylindrical briquettes — the most common feedstock for industrial boilers, hot air generators and brick kilns.

Calorific value: 4,200–4,500 kcal/kg
Ash content: <5%
Moisture: <8%
Bulk density: 700–900 kg/m³
Boiler — feed-stoker compatible

Agro Briquettes 70 mm

Compact 70 mm briquettes for feed-stoker boilers and smaller hot air generators. Higher surface area, faster combustion.

Calorific value: 4,000–4,300 kcal/kg
Ash content: <5%
Moisture: <10%
Bulk density: 650–850 kg/m³
Renewable feedstock

Agro Pallets

Densified cylindrical pallets of mixed agro-residue. Ideal for pellet stoves, biomass gasifiers and small industrial users.

Calorific value: 3,800–4,200 kcal/kg
Diameter: 6–8 mm
Length: 20–40 mm
Use case: Pellet boilers, gasifiers
Compact & clean burn

Agro Chips

Loose-form agro chips for industrial buyers preferring a non-densified feedstock — useful for grate boilers and direct combustion.

Calorific value: 3,500–3,900 kcal/kg
Size: 25–60 mm
Moisture: <15%
Use case: Grate boilers, fluidised beds
Where it lands

Industries already moving away from imported coal.

Buyers across textile, food processing, ceramics and paper are switching to agro briquettes for both economics and ESG credit.

Textile dyeing & processing

Replace lignite in process boilers — meets pollution control board norms with cleaner stack emissions.

Food processing & agri

Hot air generation, drying, sugar mills, dairy boilers — natural fit, low contamination risk.

Brick kilns & ceramics

Clean tunnel-kiln replacement for traditional coal — meets MoEF clean fuel guidelines.

Pulp & paper

Recovery boilers and lime kilns — agro briquettes blend with bark and black liquor without retrofits.

Pharma & chemicals

Steam generation for process plants — supports BRSR Scope-1 reduction reporting.

Captive power plants

Co-fire with coal at 20–40% blend rates. Reduces fuel cost and carbon intensity simultaneously.

Bulk supply

From field to flame — a controlled supply chain.

We source residue from registered farmer-producer organisations, dry it under controlled humidity, densify it on industrial briquetting presses, and ship it bagged or in bulk via dedicated trucks. Quality reports issued per consignment.
